About Readings

Due to the overwhelming response from 'The One' there is now a 3 year wait. Therefore I find it necessary to close my books until I can get to the people already on the waiting list. I apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to seek a reading elsewhere and would advise asking your friends for good mediums.

If you have had a traumatic experience such as losing a child or a sudden loss of a spouse please call and we will do what we can to fit you in. I am trying to get to the people on my current list as quickly as possible so I can re-open the books and I am still working with the bereaved parents as promised.

I wish you all well and will let you know when the books are re-opened.

You will be placed on a booking list and given a reference number. We only book readings 2 weeks prior to the reading time. At present there is a 12 month waiting list for readings. The sooner you get on the list the sooner you will be read.

There has been a price increase to $150 effective July 10th 2008. Any reading booked prior will be still be charged at $120

Face to face and phone readings will cost $150 for approx half and hour. No tape or recordings will be provided. Please have a pen and paper or recording device ready for your reading.

A $50 non-refundable deposit via credit card will be required when you are given your reading time. This deposit is transferable should an emergency arise and you cannot make the reading time.

All cancellations must be given with 24 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited.

You need to be relaxed for Spirit Communication to take place and Charmaine does too, so please understand that she has allotted the proven ideal times for readings.

Charmaine only reads on weekdays between 8am- 2pm.

Reading Types

Charmaine conducts phone readings and readings at her office.

Phone Readings: A $50 non-refundable deposit via credit card will be required when you are given your reading time. This deposit is transferable should an emergency arise and you cannot make the reading time.

The balance of the reading will be deducted from your credit card after the reading takes place. If you do not have a credit card you can pay by postal note or direct deposit.

However in this case the full amount will be required within 72 hours of agreeing to a reading. When you make the payment a text message, email or phone call is required to let us know and a receipt number would be appreciated. If we do not receive this validation in 72 hours, we will assume you no longer require the reading and book someone else in your place.

Please note we will not ring you to check.

It is important only one person is present at the time of any phone readings conducted. If there is more than one person in the room Charmaine may pick up on this and therefore the reading may become confusing and distorted. Charmaine will ask anyone else in the room to be removed. This is for your benefit so you can have a clear reading with the spirit you require.

Readings at Office: Once again a $50 non-refundable deposit is required via credit card at the time of booking. The balance can be paid on the day of the reading directly to Charmaine.

If you do not have a credit card then you must send the FULL AMOUNT via postal note or DIRECT DEPOSIT. $50 of this amount is non - refundable.

If this deposit is not received within 72 hours we will assume you no longer require the reading and book someone in your place. We will not ring you to check. Once you are on the booking list you can email or call to find out how long you have to wait simply by stating your reference number.

Charmaine is happy to have two people come for FACE TO FACE readings for the same spirit. If you wish to have any extra people present at the reading there will be an extra charge per person.

We do have a cancellation list. This is for when people cancel at the last minute. If you are in a hurry for a reading you may ask to be added to this list, however you might be required to have your reading with less then 24 hours notice.

Please note, we do understand if you cannot make a reading but by not calling to cancel takes away opportunities for others to have your place. If you do need to cancel and do so within 24 hours you can transfer your $50 deposit otherwise it forfeited.
